At Iconic Tee Design, we’re dedicated to bringing your favorite on-screen styles directly to your wardrobe. To ensure the highest quality and reliable delivery, we partner with Printful, a leading print-on-demand fulfillment service. This means your unique items are created especially for you once you place an order.
How Our Shipping Process Works
1. Order Processing (Fulfillment Time): Once you place an order, our team at Printful gets to work! Your custom t-shirt is printed, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipment.
- Average Fulfillment Time: Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. This estimate depends on our current order volume and the complexity of your design.
- Multiple Items: If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a t-shirt and a mug), or if items are fulfilled from different Printful facilities, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery.
2. Shipping Time & Methods: After fulfillment, your order is handed over to our shipping carriers.
- Estimated Shipping Time (USA):
Standard: 3–4 business days
Express: 1–3 business days - Estimated Shipping Time (International):
Standard: 5–20 business days
Express: 1–3 business days (where available)
Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. While most orders arrive within the EDT, occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier disruptions, customs).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s destination and the type of products in your cart. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping & Customs
We are proud to offer international shipping to bring Iconic Tee Design to fans around the globe!
Customs Fees/Duties: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Phone Number for International Orders: For international orders, we highly recommend including your phone number at checkout. This can help minimize the risk of a lost order and ensure a smoother delivery process by the local carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can click on this number to follow your package’s journey directly on our tracking page.

What If There’s a Problem with My Order?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Iconic Tee Design products. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it.
- Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the problem and clear photos of the item. We will review it and arrange for a free replacement.
- Lost in Transit: If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and the tracking hasn’t updated, please wait an additional 5 business days, as delays can happen. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping it to you.
- “Delivered” but Not Received: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of reprinting or reshipping in cases where the tracking shows successful delivery. You are welcome to place a new order at your own expense if you wish to receive a replacement.
- Wrong Address / Unclaimed Package: If an order is returned to Printful due to an insufficient address provided by the customer or if it’s unclaimed, you (the customer) will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We will contact you to confirm an updated address.
