Q: How are your products made?

A: All our products are print-on-demand made just for you after you place an order. This means no overproduction, less waste, and unique items created on demand.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Orders go into production quickly, so we can only make changes within a few hours of purchase. If you need to update your order, contact us immediately at shop@iconicteedesign.com


Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Processing/fulfillment usually takes 2–7 business days. After that, shipping times are approximately:

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We use live carrier rates from USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! We deliver to most countries worldwide.

Q: Will I get tracking info?

A: Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package.


Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Each product has a size guide on its page. Please check measurements carefully before ordering since we can’t accept returns for wrong sizes.

Q: What printing method do you use?

A: We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which creates vibrant, long-lasting prints that won’t peel or crack.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?

A: At the moment, we only sell our own designs, but stay tuned for future updates!


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

A: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your order.

Q: What if my package never arrives?

A: If your package is lost in transit, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
